In Their Own Words
Reviews are paraphrased from conversations with clients at the end of their engagements.

"I booked the Document & Inventory Organisation service after my mother passed and left us with decades of paperwork we barely understood. Sophia came to the house for two sessions, and by the end we had a clear index and a folder system the whole family can navigate. It wasn't just tidying — it was actually making sense of things we had been avoiding for years."

"We attended one of the workshops before deciding whether to go further. It was practical — nothing vague or overly general. The session gave us a proper understanding of what records we actually had and which ones we were missing entirely. We did go on to book the Records Companion, and that has been going well so far."

"What I appreciated most was how low-key the process was. I had expected it to feel intrusive, but Pimchanok was very matter-of-fact about handling things. The keepsake inventory was something I hadn't thought to ask for — she suggested it when she noticed we had a cabinet of things with no labels. Those notes are genuinely useful."

"My husband and I are getting older and wanted our records in some kind of order before our children need to deal with it. The Comprehensive Records Companion has been worth it — not just for the initial organisation, but for knowing that when something changes, we can have someone come back and update the system."

"I came to the workshop not knowing what to expect. It took away the feeling that the subject was too complicated to approach. The session was clear and Nattawut answered my questions without making me feel like I should already know the answers. I walked out with notes I could actually use."

"The thing that struck me was how carefully they handled my mother's photographs and letters. Those are not replaceable. The catalogue they made for the keepsake items includes a short note about where each thing came from — which I dictated as we went through it. My daughter will know what she is looking at when the time comes."

How It Went
Three Case Studies
A closer look at three real engagements and how they unfolded from beginning to end.
Case Study 01 · Document & Inventory Organisation
A Multi-Generational Household Preparing for a Property Transfer
Challenge
A Bangkok family with three generations living under one roof needed to locate and organise thirty years of property documents, insurance records, and ownership papers ahead of a formal property transfer. The documents were spread across four rooms and partially in Thai, partially in English.
What We Did
Over three on-site sessions spanning two weeks, the team sorted documents by category and date, produced bilingual labels for the main folder sections, and created a one-page index in both languages. Keepsake items, including a collection of family photographs dating to the 1970s, were catalogued separately with dates and family member identifications dictated by the grandmother.
Outcome
All property documents located and organised. The family's solicitor confirmed the records were complete and clearly organised. The keepsake catalogue has since been printed and given to each member of the family.
"We found three documents we didn't know we had, including a survey report that turned out to be important."
Case Study 02 · Comprehensive Records Companion
An Expatriate Couple Building a Long-Term Records System in Bangkok
Challenge
A British-Thai couple, both in their sixties, had accumulated records across two countries over four decades. They had no filing system, no inventory, and their adult children — one in the UK, one in Thailand — had no knowledge of where to find key documents. They wanted a permanent, maintainable solution.
What We Did
Six initial sessions over four months to build the full system. Documents were separated by country of origin and category, with a cross-reference index. A separate folder was created for documents the children might need urgently. Quarterly maintenance visits are ongoing, with new documents filed at each visit and the index updated accordingly.
Outcome
A complete, maintained family record system now in its second year. Both adult children have visited and confirmed they can find what they need independently. The annual review identified four documents that needed renewing — items the couple had not been aware were approaching expiry.
"The value for us is knowing it gets looked at. We don't have to remember to do it ourselves."
Case Study 03 · Estate Information Workshop
A Family Who Needed to Understand Before They Could Act
Challenge
An adult daughter and her elderly father attended the workshop together. The father had made several attempts to sort his records over the years but found the process confusing and had stopped. He was not sure which documents were still relevant and which could be discarded. The daughter wanted to understand what they were dealing with before committing to anything.
What We Did
They attended a two-hour workshop covering the main categories of household records, how families typically organise them, and what questions to ask when reviewing unfamiliar documents. The Q&A portion focused on their specific situation — without us giving advice on their individual documents — and they left with printed notes and a clearer vocabulary for the task ahead.
Outcome
The daughter contacted us two weeks later to book the Document & Inventory Organisation service. She said the workshop had made the scope of the task feel manageable for the first time. The organisation engagement completed in two sessions, a shorter time than average given how well-prepared they arrived.
"I didn't realise how much I didn't know until the workshop made it all fit together."
