What exactly do you mean by "estate organisation"?

We use "estate" in its everyday sense — the collection of records, documents, and meaningful belongings a household accumulates over the years. This includes things like property papers, ownership records for vehicles, insurance folders, family photographs, sentimental items, and any paperwork the family keeps. We do not provide legal advice, and our work covers the practical side of organising and cataloguing, not any formal estate process.

Do I need to prepare anything before booking a workshop?

No preparation is needed for the workshops. They are informational sessions designed for people who are just beginning to think about these topics. You are welcome to bring questions, but there is no homework to do in advance.

How long does the Document & Inventory Organisation service take?

This varies by household. A single-room document sort typically takes one to two sessions. A full household with multiple categories of records and meaningful items may take three or four visits. We will give you a realistic estimate after an initial conversation about what you have.

What is included in the Comprehensive Records Companion?

The Records Companion is an extended engagement — typically structured across several months — where we build the full system with you, then return periodically to keep it current. It includes a keepsake inventory, a labelled document index, and scheduled tidy-up sessions. The pace and scope are agreed at the start based on your household's needs.

Will you handle our original documents?

Yes, with care. We work with original documents in situ — in your home — and do not remove them. We organise, label, and index them where they are. Sensitive items are handled with gloves where appropriate. At no point do we retain, copy, or transmit personal documents.

Are the prices quoted per session or for the whole service?

The listed prices (฿3,700 for workshops, ฿12,000 for Document & Inventory Organisation, ฿34,000 for the Comprehensive Records Companion) are for the complete service as described. Some services involve multiple visits included in that figure. We will confirm the scope with you before you commit to anything.

Do you work outside Bangkok?

Our primary service area is Bangkok and the greater metropolitan area. For locations further afield, please enquire and we will discuss what is possible, including any travel considerations.
